Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Our Architecture & Interior Design, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional architectural design, structural engineering, and bespoke interior services. Because our services involve customized intellectual property, dedicated labor hours, and tailored design deliverables, refund eligibility is governed by the guidelines outlined below.

2. Initial Consultations & Retainers

Initial design consultations and project retainers represent reserved professional time and preliminary site evaluation effort:

• Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial on-site or virtual consultations are non-refundable once the consultation session has taken place.
• Project Deposit / Retainer: Initial project retainers are refundable (minus an administrative fee of 10%) only if a written cancellation request is received prior to the kickoff meeting or commencement of preliminary design drafts.

3. Architectural & Design Services

Due to the bespoke nature of architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and interior space planning:

• In-Progress Work: Once schematic design work, CAD modeling, or site survey work has commenced, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis corresponding to the percentage of uncompleted project milestones.
• Completed Milestones: Once a project phase or design draft (e.g., Concept Design, Permit Drawings, Final Construction Documents) has been approved and delivered, payments for that completed milestone are non-refundable.
• Custom Products & Furniture: Custom-designed or specially ordered furniture, fixtures, and materials sourced through third-party vendors are subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation and refund terms.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We work closely with clients to refine concepts and align with design expectations. Each project contract includes a set number of design revision rounds. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon contract scope are billed separately and are non-refundable once completed.

5. Third-Party & Permit Delays

Architecture LLC is not liable for project delays, design modifications, or additional costs resulting from municipal zoning reviews, permit approval processes, or site contractor modifications. Fees paid for permit submittals and local authority approvals are strictly non-refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancel an ongoing contract under eligible terms, please follow these steps:

• Submit a formal written request via email to info@architecturellc.online stating your full name, project address, and reason for cancellation.
• Our team will review your account status and evaluate completed deliverables within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
